In the past, the only way to position elements on a web page, was to use complex tables. With Cascading Style Sheets, its now possible to create complex web pages without the use of tables - by using the 2D-positioning features of CSS. The editors support "normal" flow layout of elements by using our Columns component. Visual DHTML authoring tools are based on two dimensional layout of elements.
